Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and no additional taxes apply.

Early check-in / late check-out

We are very aware of international flight schedules into and out of Auckland. We will be happy to accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out at no additional charge if guest bookings allow.

If we are unable to do this due to other guest arrivals/departures we will make you comfortable at Prospect Hill until your suite is available or you wish to leave for the airport.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation from time of booking confirmation; 10% forfeit of total booking price. (20% if booked online)

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date; 30% forfeit of total booking price.

Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date 100% forfeit of total booking price.

Please note refunds in the event of a cancellation will only be credited via the same method of payment as the original booking

While we will, under most circumstances, be happy to reimburse you if we are subsequently able to accept a booking for those dates we strongly recommend travel insurance cover. It may also be possible to transfer booking dates.

Brontë at Prospect Hill provides a smoke free environment - we have a no smoking policy applying to all inside areas.
